The Atlas Service Center (located on the first floor of E17, 40 Ames Street entrance) complements many of the resources available through Atlas online. MIT faculty, staff, students, and affiliates can receive guidance and complete some in-person activities by appointment during the pandemic.
Please note that due to the pandemic, walk-in service is not available and most services are being provided remotely.
In-person appointments for select services must be scheduled ahead of time. Be sure to bring your MIT ID and your Duo device — such as your mobile phone — and any other required documentation as specified. For scheduled appointments, please call 617-253-3000 for building access to E17 when you arrive.

Marsha Dailey, Tax Treaty/Senior Payroll Coordinator, is available by Zoom on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10 am to 4:30 pm, to help students, faculty, researchers, and staff address tax treaty questions, determine U.S. tax status, and complete required forms. There is a $10 fee (payable by TechCASH or credit card) for a 2x2 passport photo. Schedule a passport photo appointment.
