The Service Center complements the systems, services and resources available through Atlas online. Now, in one location, community members can receive in-person guidance and complete in-person activities. Service Center representatives are available to help faculty, staff, students and affiliates with their needs.
Bring your MIT ID and your Duo device -
such as your mobile phone (your ID will facilitate your check-in process and your Duo device will allow
you to use the Center kiosks).
Bring your documentation. Many services provided in the center require that you bring a valid, unexpired form of identification. Those who are required to complete an I-9 should bring the required documentation.
The Service Center is located on the first floor of E17 and is convenient to other services such as the International Scholars,
International Students and MITAC Offices (located in E18 and E19). Due to the pandemic, the Atlas Service Center is providing most services remotely.
Limited in-person services are offered by appointment, M-F, 8 am – 4 pm.
Remote operations (email and phone) are available M-F, 8 am – 6 pm.

Parking & Transportation staff continue to remain available via the online, email, and phone contacts provided on the Commuter Connections pages and via the Atlas website.
