Atlas services, in one place

The Atlas Service Center (located on the first floor of E17, 40 Ames Street entrance) complements many of the resources available through Atlas online. MIT faculty, staff, students, and affiliates can receive guidance and complete some in-person activities by appointment during the pandemic.

Please note that due to the pandemic, walk-in service is not available and most services are being provided remotely.

  • Remote operations (email and phone) are available Monday–Friday, 8 am–6 pm.
  • Limited in-person services are offered by appointment, Monday–Friday, 8 am–4 pm.

In-person appointments for select services must be scheduled ahead of time. Be sure to bring your MIT ID and your Duo device — such as your mobile phone — and any other required documentation as specified. For scheduled appointments, please call 617-253-3000 for building access to E17 when you arrive.

Contact us at atlascenter@mit.edu or 617-253-3000, Monday through Friday, 8 am–6 pm, with questions about Atlas Service Center services.
